  1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:
*The unopened package with shipping label visible
*The complete unboxing process
*The product received and any defect/damage (if applicable)
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, boxes, and accessories must be intact.
⚠️ Returns will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.
*The customer will be responsible for bearing the return shipping charges

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
*Custom-made or made-to-order products
*Items purchased during clearance or final sale
*Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

Unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the issue
    *Brief description of the concern
    Once approved, we will share the return address and further instructions.
    The product must be shipped back within the given timeframe after approval.
  1. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
