1. Notification and Return Time Frame

  • Customers must inform our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product if they wish to return it.
  • The item must be returned within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • A mandatory opening video without any cut or edit, starting from the opening of the outer cover and clearly showing the condition of the item upon arrival, is required for validation.

3. Return Process

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged items or incorrect items.
  • No returns for size or colour issues.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through WhatsApp.
  • In case of a return, the product replacement will be initiated and shipped within 2–7 business days after the returned product is received by us.

4. Refunds

  • We offer refunds only in case we are not able to process your order.
  • In case of a refund, the amount will be initiated and credited within 7–15 business days after receiving the product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement.
  • Under very rare circumstances, earring stems may be bent or beads/stones may fall during transit. Such issues can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.

6. Shipping Costs

  • For all returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

7. Replacement Shipping

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the replacement item will be shipped based on availability.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for returning the item safely, in the same packaging, with all cushions and protective materials.
  • Kindly ensure you are fully aware of the product details before placing an order. Once the product is received by you in good condition, returns or exchanges due to personal preference or non-suitability will not be entertained.
