Cancellation Policy

At Gem and Gossamer, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Cancellation Approval

  • If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, your cancellation request will be approved.

  • If the order has already been processed or dispatched, the cancellation request cannot be accepted.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For eligible cancellations, a full refund (excluding any applicable payment gateway or processing charges, if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products.

  • Personalized products.

  • Orders that have already been shipped.

  • Clearance or final sale items.
